London, UK, November 5, 2014 - SDS BIONIC WORLDWIDE, LTD. from London, United Kingdom, leading provider of nano-molecular protective-shield coatings and products, under the trade name of SDS-BIONIC for the Far East are proud to announce the opening of a manufacturing and distribution plant in the Philippines to support their Authorized Retail Sales Network and customers to meet the growing demand for nano-molecular protective-shield coatings throughout S. E. Asia.

The new plant is named SDS-BIONIC PHILIPPINES and located in the Clark Freeport Zone – outside of Manila, Philippines, in a 3400 m2 (nearly 37,000 sq ft) building. As a manufacturing and distribution facility, SDS-BIONIC PHILIPPINES offers a full range of adherent services such as sales support, customer service, quality assurance and applications laboratories. New production lines are soon to be set up and installation is expected to be completed by the beginning of December, 2014. The respective certification will take place right afterwards, as manufacturing at the new plant is scheduled to begin in the first quarter 2015. Demand for nano-molecular coatings is growing as municipalities and industrial fulfillment providers are looking to replace traditional protective coatings, made from polyurethanes and acrylics with environmentally friendly sciences that can provide longer-lasting protection. SDS BIONIC chose the Clark Freeport Zone due to its strategic location for shipping product to other Asian major destinations. SDS-BIONIC PHILIPPINES will be operated by a team of specialists from Philippines and the US who bring the requisite experience and know how to produce 25000 gallons of nano-molecular protective coverings per month. The plant is the first of its kind in S.E. Asia and its production output is exclusively distributed to its Authorized Retail Sales Network that includes highly trained and qualified applicators.
